Steinhafels Furniture
This was a new tenant buildout. Our scope of work and capabilities put the project ahead of schedule, even as the custom soffit work required modification in the field.
Scope of Work: Framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceiling, the installation of doors, frames and hardware, and finish carpentry including casework and millwork installation.

Compass Travel
This travel center and gas station was new construction from the ground up. The entire project took two years to complete.

Emagine Batavia:
We gutted, remodeled and built an addition to the largest movie theater in Illinois. This is the second Emagine theater project we have been a part of; the first one is located in Frankfort, IL. This project involved many design-build elements and changes that were made along the way. Our experience in theater construction definitely came into play during this project.
Scope of Work: Framing, insulation, drywall, and installation of all doors, frames and hardware.

Audi Dealership:
This was a new construction project from the ground up. The interior soffit framing and drywall, acoustical ceilings and exterior rainscreen system are among the showcase items at this location. Our attention to detail is on full display at this project.

Amazon Fresh:
This state-of-the-art grocery store underwent a tenant buildout with some exterior shell framing at the façade. This project was conducted on a fast-paced schedule and involved use of the latest technologies.
Scope of Work: Framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceilings, the installation of doors, frames and hardware, and finish carpentry including laminate wainscot and painting.

This was a ground-up, new construction project for a custom restaurant featuring very high-end finishes. We met challenging logistics while completing the project on a fast-paced schedule.
