Safety is — and has always been — the foundation of the Dunaway Brothers culture. All employees have been well trained and are OSHA 10- or OSHA 30-certified and have completed mandatory lift training safety certification.
We don’t just believe in safety; we act on it. We provide our team members with the relevant knowledge and training that allow them to work in a safe, productive manner. Daily toolbox talks, ongoing training, weekly jobsite audits and the existence of an active Safety Council Committee are among the methods we use to build our safety culture.
